You can use any bloom boosting fertilizer or what I prefer, which is bone meal. Just sprinkle it at the base of the plant, don't be shy about it, bone meal will not burn the plants and then just water it in. Do not allow plants to become root bound and avoid disturbing roots; transplant shock or other stress events may cause double-flowering varieties to produce single blooms for a period following stress.
